After spending most of my working life so far in hospitality, the Co-op has been a great introduction into retail. I love the supportive, like-minded team environment, seeing the familiar faces of members and regular customers all the time, and being surrounded by all the lovely, ethical products the Co-op has to offer. It's great to be involved with a community whose values of healthy living and sustainability strongly align with my own and I hope to remain an employee at the Co-op for many years to come.
